  • Burdock Root

Directions

The best person to advise you on the suitability and safety of enemas or appropriate enema recipes is your GP, qualified therapist or Health practitioner. Please consult them before taking an enema.

  1. Place 2 tablespoons of chopped Burdock root to half a litre of water. Bring the mix to the boil in a non-aluminium saucepan
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from hob and let cool down to room temperature.
  4. Strain mixture through a fine metal sieve. Dispose of Burdock root.
  5. Make mixture back up to 1 litre with more pure water.
  6. Pre-clear the rectum with a warm water enema if you prefer.
  7. Follow this with the Burdock solution at body temperature.
  8. Retain for up to 20 minutes.
