Enema Recipes ~ Chamomile Tea enema


The best person to advise you on the suitability and safety of enemas or appropriate enema recipes is your GP, qualified therapist or Health practitioner. Please consult them before taking an enema.

  1. Bring a litre of water to the boil in a non-aluminium saucepan and pour over 3 teabags (or equivalent loose tea).
  2. Let the mixture brew for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the teabags from the mixture. Dispose of Chamomile
  4. Make mixture back up to 1 litre with cool pure water.
  5. Pre-clear the rectum with a warm water enema if you prefer.

  6. Follow this with the chamomile solution at body temperature.
  7. Retain for up to 20 minutes.
