Fennel enema

Ingredients

  • Filtered or pure water
  • Fennel seed powder

enema-recipes-Fennal-SeedTypically this Fennel enema recipe is chosen to assist in calming the nervous system.  It is also thought to be good for detoxification. Another use is it is said to help relieve gas and is traditionally thought to stimulates digestion.

Worms dislike fennel so can be used to assist in getting rid of worms (see also Garlic)

Directions

The best person to advise you on the suitability and safety of enemas or appropriate enema recipes is your GP, qualified therapist or Health practitioner. Please consult them before taking an enema.

  1. Place 2 tablespoons of Fennel into half a litre of water.
  2. Bring the mix to the boil in a non-aluminium saucepan
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from hob and let cool down to room temperature.
  5. Strain mixture through a fine metal sieve. Dispose of fennel.
  6. Make mixture back up to 1 litre with more cool pure water.
  7. Pre-clear the rectum with a warm water enema if you prefer.
  8. Follow this with the fennel solution at body temperature.
  9. Retain for up to 20 minutes.
