  • Green Tea

Directions

The best person to advise you on the suitability and safety of enemas or appropriate enema recipes is your GP, qualified therapist or Health practitioner. Please consult them before taking an enema.

  1. Bring half a litre of water to a light boil in a non-aluminium saucepan and pour over 2 tablespoons of the tea leaves immediately.
  2. Let the mixture brew for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture.Dispose of green tea.
  4. Pre-clear the rectum with a warm water enema if you prefer.
  5. Follow this with the green tea solution at body temperature.
  6. Retain for up to 20 minutes.
